Added instructors appear in the roster + Google Sheet dropdowns automatically. Set "Red Cross Name" only when their RC name differs from the display name (e.g. Josh → Joshua). Leave Password blank when updating an existing instructor — anything typed there replaces their login, and they will not be told.
Mileage Settings
Every trip keeps the rate it was recorded at, so changing this never reprices a past trip. The new rate applies to mileage recorded from now on — including mileage added later to an older entry that did not have any.
Instructor Email
Used for roster reminders and class-assignment emails. An instructor with no address here cannot be notified from the dashboard. Clear the box and save to remove an address.
Instructor Home Location
Mileage is only reimbursed for work away from the home location. "Both sites" means only an "Other location" day qualifies. An instructor with no home location set cannot claim mileage at all.

Mileage covers travel away from your home location — not your normal commute, and not personal travel. Enter the miles you actually drove that day; trips over 20 miles are reimbursed at $0.70/mile. If you stay overnight, put the drive home on that day's entry.
